RUBBER SHEET

Rubber Sheets are manufactured either out of Natural Rubber or Synthetic Rubber
The process of manufacture involves the mixing of raw rubber with special chemicals and plasticiar to achieve the stringent specification required for the protection of the metals from Abrasion or Corrosion
The mixing process is conducted in environment friendly conditions.
Continuous R&D have ensured that LeBracs Rubber meet all international standards.
Thickness of Rubber Sheets : Rubber Sheets are normally manufactured in the thickness range of 1 mm to 20 mm, with a tolerance of ± 5%.
However higher thickness can be manufactured based on customer's requirement.

RUBBER SHEET APPLICATION

- Rubber Sheet application is either at the factory or "On Site " depending on Client's requirement.
- LeBracs Rubber Sheet can be applied by hot bonding (Autoclave/ Steam curing) or Cold bonding methods.
