RUBBER Hoses:

LeBracs Rubber has designed and developed a line of the rubber hose to meet the following industry specifications.

1. Slurry Handling Hoses.
2. Dredging Hoses.
3. Acid Transfer Discharge Hoses/Vacuum Hoses.

• Slurry Handling Hose: Slurry handling hoses are used in the mineral processing industry, coal refinement plants, steel and cement industries and other applications, where high wear resistance combined with flexibility and vibration reduction.
• Dredging Hose: The Dredging Hoses specially designed to deliver optimal suction or discharge in heavy duty dredging. The robust construction able to handle the harshest materials including the corroding effects of marine applications and abrasive slurries.

• Acid Transfer Discharge Hoses / Vacuum Hoses: These Rubber Hoses are specially designed for different service conditions and to withstand positive / negative pressures as well as for higher temperature application.

RUBBER EXPANSION BELLOWS / JOINTS :

LeBracs Rubber has developed the Rubber Expansion Bellows / Joints to cater the demand in the Process Industries along with their CSRL Pipings supply. LeBracs Rubber compounds are proven one in all segments and the Rubber Bellows are manufactured using these Rubber compounds to withstand the service conditions. Rubber Expansion Bellows are designed and manufactured as per FSA standard for suction as well as Discharge application.

Rubber Bellows are designed to take care of the vibration movement on the Pump Suction / Delivery as well as on Pipe alignments.

Rubber Bellows are custom made and mandrel built and have speciality fabric and wire reinforcement to take care of the Pressure and Vacuum conditions, made out of Natural rubber as well as Synthetic Rubbers.

LeBracs Rubber Bellows will suit for slurry as well as liquid application of any grades of Chemicals is handled.

LeBracs Rubber will supply 50 NB to 1000 NB Rubber Expansion Bellow with integrated Rubber flange on both ends.

The flange drilling will be as per ANSI B 16.5 / AWWA C 207 Class D / DIN 2576 / BS and as per customer's requirement.

RUBBER PRODUCTS :

LeBracs Rubber is the manufacturer and supplier of various rubber products like Rubber Gaskets made out of Natural Rubber / EPDM / Neoprene / Butyl / Chloro Butyl etc as per Customer's specification for size ranging from 25 NB to 2000 NB. LeBracs Rubber will supply the Rubber sheets for Gasket application also.
